About NSS at WCEM
The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Wainganga College of Engineering and Management (WCEM), Nagpur provides students with opportunities to participate in community service and social development activities alongside their academic studies.

Development
Institutional Support & Community Engagement
NSS gives students an opportunity to learn beyond the classroom. Through participation in different activities, students develop leadership, teamwork, communication, discipline, cooperation and a sense of responsibility.Working with fellow students and community members also helps volunteers understand different social issues and the importance of collective efforts. These experiences contribute to the overall development of students and encourage them to become more responsible and active members of society.
WCEM provides the necessary support and encouragement for the effective functioning of the NSS Unit. The institution facilitates student participation in NSS programmes and encourages active involvement in community-oriented initiatives.The NSS Unit works to maintain a meaningful connection between the institution and the community by providing students with opportunities to understand local needs and participate in service activities.

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Wainganga College of Engineering and Management (WCEM), Nagpur provides students with an opportunity to participate in community service and social development activities along with their academic studies. The Unit encourages students to develop a sense of social responsibility, discipline, leadership, teamwork and service to the community.
The NSS programme provides students with opportunities to interact with the community and participate in activities related to social awareness, health, environment, cleanliness, civic responsibility and community development. Through these activities, students get an opportunity to understand social issues and contribute to the community in a meaningful way — truly embodying the spirit of "Not Me, But You."
