In line with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council's (NAAC) National Action Plan, Wainganga College of Engineering & Management (WCEM) has established an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to ensure continuous quality enhancement. As Dean of IQAC, I'm committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and social responsibility. 

At WCEM, we prioritize student needs, offering personalized learning experiences and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Our IQAC promotes Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) awareness, diverse pedagogies like experiential learning, and effective mentoring with regular feedback. Regular audits drive transparency, while participative governance empowers departments. Students and faculty collaborate on research projects, contributing to publications and patents.
