Alongside him, his better half, Smt. Dr. Vrunda B. Karanjekar, has been a strong pillar of this mission. Known for her caring nature, dedication, and tireless work ethic, she has served as a
Principal, Former Senate Member, and Academic Council Member of RTM Nagpur University. Her valuable academic and administrative experience has played an important role in strengthening and advancing their shared vision of providing quality education. Driven by strong determination and an unwavering commitment to education and social development, they established the Wainganga Bahu-Uddeshiya Vikas Sanstha in 1991. Under their visionary leadership, the Sanstha has grown into a distinguished educational group comprising fifteen reputed schools and colleges across disciplines such as Engineering, Pharmacy, Education, Arts, and Science. Dr. Brahmanand B. Karanjekar's vision and leadership have been instrumental in creating
hundreds of employment opportunities in the Vidarbha region and in educating, training, and empowering thousands of individuals.
